* The Executive policy covers any Laptop/Computer up to the retail value of £600.
The Premiere policy covers any Laptop/Computer up to the retail value of £1,200. 

Any excess over this will need to be covered by the customer. The Laptop/Computer must be less than 28 days old, with valid UK proof of purchase (not from online auctions), when the policy is started.

Claim Excess


To avoid fraudulent claims there has to be an excess charge.  However, this is small compared to the cost of otherwise replacing your phone at your own expense.

 

 

If you are making a claim due to theft, then the excess charge is just £25

 

 

If you are making a claim due to international cover, then the excess charge is just £75
